Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all paid subscriptions of Accounts HQ, RWA HQ, and tradeHQ, operated by AI Consultants.

Paid subscriptions are non-refundable. Each product offers a free tier and / or a free demo allowance so you can fully evaluate the Software before paying. Once you complete a paid purchase, the licence fee is non-refundable, except where refunds are required by applicable Indian law.

1. Why we don't offer refunds

All three products ship with a generous evaluation path so you can verify the Software works for your business before you pay anything:

Because of this evaluation path, paid subscriptions are sold as final. Please use the free tier or demo first to confirm the Software meets your needs.

2. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right of refund or remedy you may have under applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. If you believe you have such a right, please contact us at the address below with a written description of the facts and we will respond.

3. Cancelling a future renewal

Renewals are not automatic — see Clause 2 of our Terms of Service. There is no auto-debit; your subscription does not renew unless you make a fresh purchase when you receive the renewal reminder.

To stop receiving renewal reminder emails, reply to any renewal email with "unsubscribe" or contact us and we will remove you from renewal communications.

4. Payment-gateway corrections

If you believe a charge appeared on your statement in error (for example, a duplicate charge for the same licence, or a charge for a product or plan you did not select), please contact us immediately. We will investigate together with our payment partner, Razorpay, and correct any error confirmed by their transaction records.

5. How to contact us

  1. Email info@ai-consultants.in with the subject line "Billing query".
  2. Include your licence key, the email address used at checkout, the Razorpay payment ID (from the receipt), and a description of what happened.
  3. We will respond to billing-error and statutory-rights queries within a reasonable time, and in any event within any window required by applicable law.

6. Effect of any approved correction

Where a correction is approved (under section 4 above or under your statutory rights in section 2), the refund is processed to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically appears in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. The corresponding licence key is deactivated and you must uninstall the Software.

7. Disputes

If you believe a request has been declined unfairly, you may escalate by emailing info@ai-consultants.in with the subject "Billing dispute". Unresolved disputes are subject to the jurisdiction specified in our Terms of Service.
