Accounts HQ, RWA HQ, and tradeHQ are shipped on an "as is, where is" basis. We don't run an email support desk — please read this page before writing in.

For help with the Software: use the Feedback button inside the app. It captures your version, settings, and (optionally) a screenshot in one click, and lands in our triage queue. This is the fastest path — and the only one that reaches us reliably.

Where to send what

Bug reports

Use the in-app Feedback button. It attaches diagnostics automatically — much higher chance of a fix than describing the bug by email.

Feature requests

Same place. Use the in-app Feedback button and choose "Suggest a feature". Your request goes onto the public roadmap queue. Popular ones get built first.
